For eternity all-around rings, the ring cannot be resized. Non-eternity rings can be resized within the recommended sizing limits for a $150 fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges.

We cannot accept returns since all of our jewelry is made to order. In the rare event that there is ever a problem, jewelry can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. We will repair or replace the item free of charge if the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect. If the damage is caused by the customer and/or from normal wear-and-tear, then Joseph Caira will repair your jewelry at cost and the customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance charges incurred.

All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 14-17 business days for us to craft your jewelry. For custom and special orders, please allow up to 20 business days for manufacturing.

The simple process begins by emailing us at orders@josephcaira.com with info about the damage and any photographs, along with your order number and requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once approved, Joseph Caira will email you a shipping label. Please include the RAN on the outside of the return shipping box. For security reasons, do not write Joseph Caira anywhere on the outside of the box. We advise the customer not to sign for the package if it shows signs of tampering or damage and instead request the package be sent back to us.
