Shipping Policy
Free Expedited Delivery (1-3 days)
Enjoy complimentary expedited delivery on items over $350.
Free Standard Delivery (3-7 days)
Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on items under $350.
For your protection, Joseph Caira always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Requires that all deliveries be made to a permanent address (including your workplace) — but not hotels or non-permanent addresses.
- Requires a direct signature for packages.
Manufacturing Time
All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for us to craft your jewelry. For custom and special orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for manufacturing.
P.O. Boxes and Freight Forwarders
We do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipping to freight forwarding addresses.
Delivery to US States & Territories
We ship to all lower 48 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship to the following US territories:
– American Samoa
– Guam
– Northern Mariana Islands
– U.S. Virgin Islands
– Puerto Rico
Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
Delivery to International Countries
Currently, we do not ship to any international destination.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns since all of our jewelry is made to order. In the rare event that there is ever a problem, jewelry can be mailed back to our offices for inspection after requesting an RMA# – required for return. We will repair or replace the item free of charge if the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If the damage is caused by the customer and/or from normal wear-and-tear, then Joseph Caira will repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee and the customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance charges incurred.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted as long as your new jewelry is at least twice the price of your original jewelry, and the exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt. We cannot accept custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered jewelry or any personalized engraved merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placing the order by contacting us. Orders that required a CAD or sketching service be done will incur a non-refundable fee of $300 USD.
Warranty Policy
Joseph Caira offers a one-year warranty on every purchase. We manufacture our jewelry with the highest quality materials and standards. We stand behind every item we sell and warrant that all items will be free of any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Please note this warranty is void if the piece is damaged or modified outside of Joseph Caira.
